Yoga

LISTENING, CONNECTING, MOVING, RESTING

I offer a gentle and nourishing practice, rooted in listening rather than striving. Sessions weave together posture work, breathing techniques, moments of mindfulness and deep relaxation. Your invited to work at your own pace and to listen to your body. I will guide you throughout, offering adaptations as we explore together, supporting one another through presence rather than comparison.

I have learned, through experience, that finding the right practice and teacher can take time and patience. This informs how I teach – with kindness, curiosity and respect for difference.

Yoga remains a vital part of my work and continues to inform how I hold space.

My regular classes are currently full, with a long-standing community of students who have grown with me over the year. If this approach to yoga resonates with you and you feel drawn to be part of a gentle, inclusive community, you are welcome to get in touch. From time to time, new yoga offerings may emerge in response to interest.
