About the event
These are held in several different locations all over north Wales, and they welcome individuals to rest and experience sound together. This session is being held in Gaerwen.
These sessions are usually held on the floor and you are invited to bring a comfortable mat, blankets and pillows with you. You are welcome to sit if going on the floor does not feel right. These sessions are very popular and you need to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
